Resolution
Well, you guys are quite boring. Not a single answer to my previous post. Perhaps it’s also because there is no answer! At first I thought it really looks like one of these puzzles but then I realised that there’s no pattern or sequence. Sorry to disappoint you! 
I tried it for several minutes, but even with my Sudoku-experience I failed to find a solution in a short time. So I thought/hoped it could be something like this
