Icecubing and forexing

with 2 comments

We recently bought very nice ice cube trays from Habitat, which produce perfectly squared ice cubes.

And I learned the following trick to make them even nicer: use boiled water to make the ice cubes clear when frozen! Here’s a pic

Here in an Old Fashioned cocktail (not a too nice picture though):

Anyway. Some more random pictures:

In other news, recently I got very interested in Forex trading, especially the possibility of automated (or algorithmic) trading via the metatrader platform. This consumes a lot of time .. too bad I have a phd to do too!

  1. Quorn. Is there anything it can’t do???

A side note: My fridge came with two ice cube trays. They’re very hard to use: the desired cube won’t come out with fingers only, and gently tapping the tray makes 2 or more cubes fall out from the wrong place. It’s endless fun.

  2. See. That’s why our ice cube trays are super soft and flexible.

Quorn even has “Swedish Balls”. I think they forgot the “meat” in between.
